It has a surface suitable for writing with chalk. Enameled steel particle board galvanized sheet is glued and framed by pressing with triple component polyurethane adhesive. It has magnetic feature. Steel enameled blackboard can be used with magnetic teaching tools. Products such as maps and posters can be used together with the blackboard by attaching a hanger apparatus on the upper frame.

Writing surface: Made of a special alloy of steel and enamel (ceramic coating) at 800 C. It has a very high hardness, does not scratch, does not require paint, ease of writing and wiping does not scratch, does not require paint. Can be wiped with a wet cloth. Enameled steel boards are supported from the back with galvanized sheet metal and 8 mm particle board E1 norm is used as filling material in between.

Frame: Made of aluminum profile with anodized thickness of 12-14 microns. Specific gravity is 2.71 gr/m3, coefficient of expansion 23*10 (200-100 C), modulus of elasticity 6900 kg/mm2, tensile strength 15.5 (at 24 C kg/mm2. Hardness is 60-65 brined (HB) kg/mm2.

Corners: Plastic corner brackets are used at the corner joints of the blackboard. These corner pieces are made of polyproplene + 2% masterbach mixture and are produced with injection molds. The plastic material is fade resistant (ASTM D2565)

Back support panels: The back of the writing surface is sanded formaldehyde grade I and grade II horizontal particle board. There is also galvanized steel plate with cold rolled hot zinc coating on the backmost layer.

Adhesive: Polyurethane based, two component, liquid adhesive material is used between the back layers of the board. The adhesive used has high adhesion to the applied surface and is resistant to wetting and many chemicals.

Mounting Brackets: Galvanized steel mounting apparatus are used for practical hanging and aesthetic appearance of the whiteboards on the wall.
